What You Bring

• 7+ years in the field, including several leading crews
• Strong structural framing background
• Institutional or large commercial experience
• A related degree or equal field background

What You Will Handle

• Sequence and direct the trades
• Own the master schedule and weekly meetings
• Lead inspections and safety
• Drive punch list and turnover
• Mentor field staff
