🔑 What You’ll Do:

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across multiple transportation verticals (truckload, LTL, intermodal, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers, carriers, and internal operations teams
  • Develop customized solutions that meet client needs while ensuring profitability
  • Negotiate rates, build proposals, and forecast sales pipelines
  • Stay ahead of market trends and bring insights that drive strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction

🎯 What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of proven sales experience in transportation/logistics
  • Deep industry connections (a major plus)
  • Self-starter attitude with a hunter mentality
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Comfort working independently while staying connected with a high-performing team
