Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full revenue cycle, from patient registration to claim submission and collections.
• Prepare and submit accurate insurance claims for dermatology services.
• Review and follow up on unpaid or denied claims, working to resolve issues promptly.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Maintain organized billing records and patient files.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure proper coding and documentation.
• Assist patients with billing inquiries and payment plans.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in dermatology billing is required.
• Strong understanding of medical billing processes and the full revenue cycle.
• Proficiency in medical billing software and electronic health records (EHR).
• Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
