Senior Project Manager – Land Development
Location: Dallas, TX
Are you a seasoned Land Development professional ready to take the lead on challenging and high-profile projects in the Dallas market? This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-respected firm where you’ll manage projects from concept through completion, mentor junior staff, and play a key role in client development.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage land development projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence
Oversee design, permitting, and construction coordination
Maintain strong client relationships and participate in business development efforts
Mentor and guide junior engineers and project managers
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful outcomes
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (PE license required)
10+ years of progressive land development experience, including project management responsibilities
Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
Proven track record of managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously
Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use land development
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary: $130,000 – $160,000 (depending on experience)
