Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance and a passion for helping clients find the best coverage options to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with their personal insurance needs, including auto, home, and other personal lines policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct policy reviews and recommend appropriate coverage adjustments.
• Process new policies, renewals, and endorsements accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and regulations.
• Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to ensure client satisfaction.
• Educate clients on available insurance options and assist them in making informed decisions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
• Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid insurance license (or ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe).
