Position: Abatement Supervisor

Role Overview
We are looking for a certified Asbestos Supervisor to join a leading abatement and remediation contractor in the United States. With a long-standing reputation for safety, reliability, and consistent growth, this is an excellent opportunity to further your career in environmental services.
What You’ll Do
Direct asbestos abatement teams and ensure all activities comply with OSHA, EPA, state, and federal requirements.
Manage job site preparation, including containment setup, negative air pressure systems, and disposal procedures.
Perform inspections, confirm PPE use, and track project performance.
Facilitate daily safety meetings, uphold safety standards, and report any incidents.
Maintain project documentation such as daily reports, air monitoring data, and waste manifests.
Act as the point of contact with project managers, clients, and regulatory agencies.
Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to crew members.
Oversee inventory, tools, and supplies with attention to efficiency and cost control.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 5 years of asbestos abatement or related remediation experience.
Valid EPA AHERA Asbestos Contractor/Supervisor Certification (40-hour) with current refresher.
Solid understanding of asbestos regulations and safe work practices.
Proven ability to supervise crews and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Capable of working in physically demanding conditions, including wearing a respirator.
Willingness to travel as needed and authorized to work in the U.S.
