What You’ll Do:

  • Ability to explain Personal Lines coverages.
  • Cross sell various products as well as developing opportunities for other business lines.
  • Ability to service book of business from renewals, marketing, endorsement changes, and sales.
  • Thoroughly researching and analyzing insurance policies.
  • Occasionally working with Underwriters to adapt policies.
  • Developing marketing strategies on how to attract new accounts.
  • Retaining clients by maintaining solid business-to-business relationship.
  • Participating in continuing education programs in both insurance and sales.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Preferred Property & Casualty insurance experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience in Personal Lines.
  • State insurance license (Property & Casualty) is required.
  • Spanish speaker a plus.
  • Applied Epic management system experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Willingness to pursue professional designations (e.g., CISR, CIC).
