Seeking a Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney to join their Wilmington, DE office. The ideal candidate is a seasoned litigator with strong experience handling complex commercial disputes, demonstrated leadership skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional client service. Handle all aspects of commercial litigation, including case strategy, motion practice, discovery, depositions, hearings, and trial.
Advise clients on legal risks, business strategy, and potential outcomes.
Mentor and support junior attorneys in litigation matters.
Manage client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the Wilmington office.
Collaborate with colleagues across offices to provide seamless, client-focused service.
J.D. from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Delaware Bar (required).
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in commercial litigation.
Strong track record of handling complex litigation matters independently.
Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage cases and mentor junior team members.
Commitment to delivering high-quality, cost-effective representation.
