The Pipe Foreman must be able to prepare daily progress reports, enter crew timecards, and possess good written and verbal communication skills.

Pay Range 85k-120k DOE + Benefits!!

Pipe Foreman Responsibilities:

The Foreman is responsible for following and promoting the Company Safety Culture. As the front-line supervisor managing all work activities performed by their crew, he/she will be responsible for the following:

• Communicate project status in a timely and accurate manner.
• Responsible for developing a plan for the phase of work.
• Understand the project requirements.
• Identify risks and opportunities for the phase of work.
• Prepare the crew to execute.
• Ensure the team has staged equipment, and materials in work areas
• Responsible for ensuring project execution goals are met for the phase of work.
• Submit the correct time and quantities on daily time sheets.
• Submit daily report.
• Align the work craft and equipment phase for optimal results and create development opportunities for appropriate people.
