Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Bankruptcy & Restructuring Attorney with 1+ years of experience to join our client's dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in bankruptcy & restructuring law and a willingness to handle complex financial restructurings, insolvency proceedings, and related litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in bankruptcy & restructuring cases, including Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 proceedings.
  • Assist in drafting motions, pleadings, and other legal documents related to bankruptcy & restructuring matters.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on issues related to bankruptcy & restructuring law.
  • Participate in negotiations, creditor meetings, and court proceedings involving bankruptcy & restructuring cases.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on financial restructuring strategies and litigation in bankruptcy & restructuring cases.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in bankruptcy & restructuring law.
  • Strong legal research and writing skills.
  • Experience handling bankruptcy filings, creditor negotiations, and court appearances is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Licensed to practice law in the state.
