General Litigation Attorney in Pittsburgh

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled General Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join our client's dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general litigation, with experience handling commercial litigation, labor & employment, and real estate litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in general litigation matters, including commercial litigation, labor & employment, and real estate disputes.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda related to general litigation cases.
• Conduct depositions, hearings, and trials in general litigation matters.
• Advise clients on legal strategies for commercial litigation, labor & employment, and real estate cases.
• Perform in-depth legal research and analysis to support general litigation claims.
• Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution in general litigation cases.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience handling general litigation cases.
• Strong knowledge of commercial litigation, labor & employment, and real estate law.
• Excellent research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload of general litigation matters.
• Licensed to practice law in the state.
