Grain Originator
Locations: IL, IA, OH
Compensation: $80K - $110K
A regionally recognized grain company is seeking a Grain Originator to join its team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with grain origination experience who is eager to advance into a merchandising role.
✔ Develop & Maintain Farmer Relationships – Work directly with local producers to procure grain.
✔ Provide Market Insights – Deliver grain reports and marketing strategies to farmers.
✔ Ensure Seamless Logistics – Coordinate grain transportation and logistics.
✔ Deliver Top-Tier Customer Service – Build trust and maintain a strong customer base.
✅ Education: Degree in Ag Business, Ag Economics, or a related field.
✅ Experience: 1+ years in the grain industry, with a strong understanding of origination.
✅ Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with farmers.
