Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: California (Multiple Locations)

A mission-driven and growing behavioral health organization is expanding its ABA services and seeking passionate BCBAs to join their team. Known for a supportive culture and strong clinical leadership, this is a great fit for experienced clinicians or those looking to grow into leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for children with ASD, ADHD, and related needs
Supervise BCaBAs and Behavior Interventionists
Meet regularly with caregivers (in-person or telehealth)
Analyze data and adjust interventions as needed
Train and support staff in implementing strategies
Maintain consistent schedule, including afternoons/evenings
Qualifications:
Master’s in ABA or related field
Active BCBA certification
Valid CA driver’s license
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Compensation & Benefits:
