Insurance Defense Attorney in Los Angeles

Job Description

My client, a large multi-office law firm, is seeking an Insurance Defense Attorney with 3-7 years of experience for their LA office. The candidate will work directly with and learn from a highly experienced and fun group of attorneys and staff members. Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in CA.
• 3-10 years of experience in general insurance defense, open to all specialties.
• Experience taking and defending depositions to include and experts, drafting and arguing substantive motions, and attending hearings and trials is required. Experience participating in negotiations and mediation is needed.
• The candidate must be a team player willing to assist other team members when necessary.
• Should have exceptional writing, research, and litigation skills. Must have superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• A strong work ethic and ability to self-manage and work in a team environment are required.
