Are you a driven Commercial Superintendent with expertise in concrete structures? We’re looking for a hands-on leader to oversee large-scale commercial concrete projects from start to finish. What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial concrete structure projects
• Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques, formwork, and industry standards
• Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractors effectively
• Commitment to safety, quality control, and meeting project deadlines
• Strong leadership and communication skills to drive productivity and teamwork

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure projects stay on track
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and crews for seamless execution
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and quality standards to deliver top-tier results
• Solve on-site challenges and adjust plans as needed to keep projects moving forward
