Litigation Paralegal in Nashville

Job Description

A well-established boutique firm is seeking to add a Litigation Paralegal to its team in the Nashville area. They are recognized by Super Lawyers Top-Rated Attorneys in Nashville. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, well-organized, and can handle working with different attorneys. They are looking to add an experienced paralegal. This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities for Paralegal: 

• Preparing affidavits, legal correspondence and other documents for attorneys
• Able to use legal software to run exhibits for trials/hearings 
• Trial preparation
• Calendaring and tracking litigation deadlines, and ensuring timely compliance
• Obtaining medical and billing records by affidavit

Qualifications for Paralegal 

• 5+ years of experience in personal injury, product liability, or insurance defense setting
• Knowledge of different legal software
• Litigation/Trial Prep experience
