RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
· Managing the full sales cycle from prospect to close (negotiate rates and manage contracts)
· Continuously build a healthy pipeline to ensure growth (KPIs established by leadership)
· Manage accounts and set them up for success before passing them off to account management
· Coordinate shipments through dedicated operations and dispatch teams
· Represent and promote a brand trusted nationwide for safety and service excellence
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
· 2–5+ years of freight brokerage or logistics experience
· $300k/month+ Revenue - $30k/month + Gross Margin
· Driven – Experienced – Relationship focused
· Strong communication and negotiation skills
· Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation
· Ability to manage customer relationships
