Our client is a well-established company in the Building Materials/Plastics industry. We are currently seeking a professional Operations Manager to join our client's team. Position Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day operations in the injection molded plastics facility- Ensure production goals are met while maintaining high quality standards- Manage a team of production staff and provide leadership and guidance- Implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and productivity- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
Position Essential Job Functions:- Ability to analyze production data and make informed decisions- Strong leadership and communication skills- Knowledge of quality control standards in the plastics industry- Experience in managing operations in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making
Position Skills:- At least two years of experience in operations in injection molded plastics- Strong understanding of production processes in the plastics industry- Excellent organizational and time-management skills- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
