About the Role We’re looking for a Controls Engineer who can program Siemens Step 7 / TIA Portal V18+ from scratch. This role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing control systems for advanced manufacturing equipment.
Responsibilities
Program Siemens TIA Portal V18+ PLCs from scratch.
Design and maintain electrical control systems/schematics.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize PLC/HMI programs.
Support commissioning and retrofits.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or equivalent experience.
Must-have: Proven Siemens V18+ programming from scratch.
Knowledge of HMI development, networking, and automation integration.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Preferred
Motion control and safety PLCs.
Familiarity with Allen-Bradley, Beckhoff, robotics, or SCADA.
