A respected defense firm is looking to add an attorney with substantive experience in defense litigation who is interested in toxic tort work to their growing team.

What they're looking for:

  • 2nd to 6th year attorney (measured from bar admittance)
  • Overall defense litigation experience — prior toxic tort experience is not required
  • Genuine interest in toxic tort, asbestos, and silica work, and willingness to learn
  • Active California bar license in good standing
  • Strong research, writing, and case-management skills

Logistics:

  • Seat available in any of four California offices
  • Hybrid or remote flexibility
  • Approximate salary range: $140k–$195k+ annually, depending on experience
