We are seeking an experienced Plaintiff Mass Tort Litigation Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mass tort litigation, particularly handling asbestos cases, and be skilled in all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in mass tort litigation, focusing on asbestos exposure claims.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents in mass tort litigation matters.
  • Conduct depositions of witnesses, experts, and corporate representatives in mass tort litigation cases.
  • Collaborate with medical and scientific experts to build strong mass tort litigation cases.
  • Manage a caseload of asbestos-related mass tort litigation, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in mass tort litigation, with a focus on asbestos cases.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills.
  • Experience handling discovery, depositions, and motion practice in mass tort litigation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple mass tort litigation cases.
  • Licensed to practice law in the state.
