Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead our quality systems and support production excellence, with an emphasis on engineering-driven processes. Experience in aerospace manufacturing is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 or AS9100 standards

  • Lead internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory and customer requirements

  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformances

  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to uphold product and process quality

  • Oversee quality inspections, testing procedures, and documentation standards

  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics, reporting findings to senior leadership

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement using lean and Six Sigma tools

  • Train team members on quality standards, procedures, and best practices

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field)

  • 3–5+ years of experience in quality management or quality engineering in a manufacturing environment

  • Strong knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001 (AS9100 experience preferred)

  • Hands-on experience with quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, 8D, SPC, CAPA)

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with quality management software

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the aerospace or defense manufacturing sector

  • ASQ certifications (CQE, CQA) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt

  • Working knowledge of NADCAP or other aerospace-specific quality systems
