We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead our quality systems and support production excellence, with an emphasis on engineering-driven processes. Experience in aerospace manufacturing is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 or AS9100 standards
Lead internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory and customer requirements
Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformances
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to uphold product and process quality
Oversee quality inspections, testing procedures, and documentation standards
Monitor and analyze quality metrics, reporting findings to senior leadership
Promote a culture of continuous improvement using lean and Six Sigma tools
Train team members on quality standards, procedures, and best practices
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field)
3–5+ years of experience in quality management or quality engineering in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001 (AS9100 experience preferred)
Hands-on experience with quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, 8D, SPC, CAPA)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with quality management software
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the aerospace or defense manufacturing sector
ASQ certifications (CQE, CQA) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt
Working knowledge of NADCAP or other aerospace-specific quality systems
