Real Estate Attorney – Transactional (Partner Role) Location: Flexible / Remote options available Compensation: $200,000–$300,000 DOE

An established and highly respected law practice is seeking a Real Estate Attorney to join their transactional team in a contract partner capacity. This is a unique opportunity to step into a role with a small book of business (~$150K) and work closely with a retiring partner over the next 3–4 years, receiving hands-on mentorship and guidance.

Ideal Candidate:

  • JD and admission to the relevant state bar (MA required)

  • Experience in real estate transactional law (residential or commercial)

  • Commercial real estate experience is a plus but not required

  • Experience with LITECH matters is a bonus

  • Ability to manage a small book of business independently

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle transactional real estate matters, including contracts and closings

  • Build relationships with existing clients and manage the assigned book of business

  • Collaborate with the retiring partner during the transition period

  • Support the practice’s strategic goals and client service initiatives

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Annual compensation ranging from $200,000–$300,000 DOE
