***SIGN ON BONUS ***Hiring a CNC Programmer with strong CAD/CAM skills to support precision machining operations in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:
Program and optimize CNC machines using Mastercam or similar CAD/CAM software
Interpret blueprints and design data to create accurate machining paths
Select tools, speeds, and feeds for efficient, high-precision machining
Create and maintain setup sheets, tooling lists, and work instructions
Review and revise programs to correct errors and verify accuracy during initial runs
Provide technical support to machinists and assist with problem-solving on the floor
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure production goals are met
Requirements:
2+ years of CNC programming experience; Mastercam proficiency preferred
Strong blueprint reading and machining process knowledge, including multi-axis work
Experience with controllers such as Fanuc and Heidenhain
Familiarity with SolidWorks is a plus
Technical degree preferred or equivalent hands-on experience
