Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in all aspects of family law including divorce, custody, support, and domestic violence
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and trial preparation materials
Participate in case strategy meetings and client consultations
Appear in court for hearings, trials, and settlement conferences
Maintain clear and compassionate communication with clients navigating emotionally complex situations
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in family law preferred (new grads with relevant interest and internships will be considered)
Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
Strong litigation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Detail-oriented with a passion for helping clients through life-changing situations
