gpac (The #1 Recruiting Firm in the Nation) is partnering with a respected law firm to identify a driven Litigation Associate Attorney with a strong foundation in general and commercial litigation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an attorney who is ready to step into a high-responsibility role with flexibility and room to grow.

About the Role
You’ll manage your own caseload and handle a range of business and commercial disputes from start to finish. While the firm maintains a strong in-office culture, attorneys are trusted to manage their time and location with discretion.

What You’ll Do

  • Represent clients in all phases of commercial litigation
  • Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
  • Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and legal correspondence
  • Manage cases from intake to resolution, under partner supervision
  • Perform legal research on complex procedural and substantive issues
  • Communicate professionally with clients and opposing counsel
  • Contribute to client development and maintain strong relationships
  • Collaborate within a litigation team and support peer attorneys

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania (required)
  • 3–7 years of general/commercial litigation experience in a private firm
  • Strong academic and employment credentials
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Westlaw, and LexisNexis
  • Strong case management and organizational skills
  • Team-oriented, self-motivated, and detail-focused
