One of my NC based clients is seeking an Operations Manager to join their growing team! This is for a small, family-owned business that makes delicious dairy products.
They are looking for someone that has at least 3 years experience in the food or beverage industry, has experience supervising/managing a small production team, and someone who knows the importance of keeping the production lines running to fill orders.
This position will be responsible for building up and training the production team, managing operation of production, ensuring machinery is ready for production quotas, and reporting to the owner for other direction, as needed. This role includes advancement opportunity into a Plant Manager!
