Assurance Manager / Director - Financial Services

Location: Indianapolis, IN (other listed markets considered)

Overview

A national professional services firm is seeking an Assurance Manager or Director for its Financial Services Group. Indianapolis is among the listed offices (St. Louis, Dallas and Des Moines also considered). The role leads assurance and audit engagements for financial institution clients and develops the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead assurance and audit engagements for financial institution clients
• Deliver high-quality audit, review and compilation services
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients
• Drive engagement quality and team development
• Plan timing, staffing and execution of assurance engagements
• Support recruiting, coaching and professional development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
• CPA required
• Several years of public accounting assurance experience
• Financial services / financial institution audit experience preferred
• Strong leadership and client service skills
