Hauling Operations Manager
I have a company client seeking an Hauling Operations Manager to keep daily hauling activities organized, efficient, and running on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily hauling operations and driver schedules
• Handle dispatching, routing, and load planning
• Monitor equipment status and coordinate maintenance needs
• Keep safety and DOT compliance on track
• Support hiring, training, and supervision of drivers
• Work with customers and internal teams to resolve issues
• Track performance and look for ways to improve workflow
Job Requirements
• Experience in transportation, logistics, or hauling
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of DOT and safety regulations
• Ability to solve problems and manage a fast-paced operation
