Essential Functions of the Project Manager:

  • Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline adherence.
  • Coordinate resources, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
  • Maintain project documentation and conduct site inspections.
  • Mentor project team members.

 Education and Experience Requirements of Project Manager:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or another related field required.
  • 3-10 years of experience as a Project Manager
