A well-established Florida law firm is seeking a motivated Estate Planning Attorney with 2–10 years of experience to join their growing practice. The firm is known for its client-focused approach, collaborative culture, and long-standing reputation in estate planning and trust administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, and related matters
Draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives
Handle probate and trust administration cases
Maintain strong client relationships and provide counsel with professionalism and care
Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys and support staff
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar
2–10 years of estate planning and probate experience
Strong drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with complex estate planning strategies and high-net-worth clients
Probate litigation exposure (a plus, not required)
Client-facing experience and an interest in business development
