Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and detailed inspections on mechanical and electrical equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair issues involving electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
Replace or repair defective components to restore equipment functionality.
Deliver prompt, on-site support to clients as needed and provide technical guidance when required.
Collaborate with fellow technicians and service personnel to resolve complex equipment issues.
Maintain clear, accurate service logs, inventory records, and repair documentation.
Recommend system upgrades or changes to improve equipment performance.
Follow all safety procedures and stay compliant with industry regulations.
Keep up-to-date with new technologies, tools, and repair methods through continuous learning.
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar technical service or repair role.
Hands-on experience with diagnostics and repairs on electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
Strong ability to read and understand service manuals, schematics, and technical drawings.
Proficiency with diagnostic software, hand tools, and electronic testing devices.
Excellent troubleshooting, time management, and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
