LEAD SIGN INSTALLER - Denver, Colorado

A rapidly growing and well regarded Architectural Sign Company is looking to add a Lead Sign Installer to their team!  This fast growing company offers their clients valuable knowledge and expertise in Custom Architectural Signage.  Due to the recent growth of the company, there is an opportunity for a Lead Sign Installer to join the team. They are looking for someone who is driven to succeed but also has the ability to establish lasting relationships with their clients, both externally and internally. If you are ambitious and hungry we would like to speak with you!  Some local and regional travel may be required - stipend provided!

 Lead Sign Installer Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience installing architectural signage and fabricated items including signs for both interior and exterior applications for a sign company.
  • 2+ years experience leading a team or group of Sign Installers.
  • Ability to manage schedules for multiple install crews.
  • Must be proficient with an iPad and in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Must be motivated, possess a strong work ethic, give great attention to details and directions, be available, and be willing to work overtime as needed.
  • Must be competent in using tools of the trade such as tape measures, drills, levels, lasers, and other manual, electric, and pneumatic tools.
  • Have the ability and willingness to work at heights on ladders, cranes and bucket trucks.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and possess a clean driving record.
  • Possessing a Class A or B CDL a plus.

Lead Sign Installer Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of 1-2 Installers.
  • Safely and efficiently install signage, exterior and interior, according to job specifications.
  • Operate and maintain bucket trucks to access installation sites at varying heights.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure proper installation of signage.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve onsite installation challenges that may arise.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and industry best practices at all times.
  • Maintain equipment and tools to keep in good working order.
  • Complete accurate installations records and documentation.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior installers as needed.
