About the Role:
A prestigious NYC law firm is actively seeking two Litigation Associates to join their high-stakes litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-exposure cases (including a $90M demand), build courtroom experience, and grow within a well-established firm offering strong mentorship and long-term career development.
👨⚖️ Position Details:
We are hiring for two distinct roles:
🔹 Junior Litigation Associate
1–3 years of litigation experience
Admitted to practice in New York (New Jersey admission is a plus)
Salary starts at $115,000+ depending on experience
Bonus eligible
🔹 Senior Litigation Associate
5+ years of litigation experience
Strong deposition and courtroom background
⚖️ Responsibilities:
Handle depositions, court appearances, motion practice, and client communications
Defend cases involving:
New York Labor Law (Construction accidents)
Motor Vehicle Accidents
Premises Liability
Work directly with senior partners on strategy for high-value litigation matters
✅ Qualifications:
Must be admitted to practice in New York
New Jersey bar admission is a strong plus
Litigation experience in construction/labor law defense is required
Must be comfortable handling depositions and court appearances independently
Excellent writing, communication, and case management skills
