Position: Ranch Hand

Salary Range: $60,000 – $75,000 annually
We’re seeking a dependable and hardworking Ranch Hand to join our team. This full-time role involves hands-on work with livestock and general ranch operations. You’ll be an essential part of our daily activities, helping to maintain a productive and efficient ranch.
Provide daily and seasonal care for cattle, including feeding and processing
Assist with fencing, pasture upkeep, and equipment maintenance
Support crop-related tasks such as planting and harvesting
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Minimum of 5 years of livestock experience (farming experience is a plus)
Proficient with operating machinery: tractors, loaders, four-wheelers, skid steers, semis, and trailers
Must be comfortable with minimal horseback work
Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
Ability to work in varying weather conditions
Flexible schedule with availability to work 60 hours per week, including every other weekend
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
