Salary Range: $150,000–$180,000 Annually

We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and personable Associate Dentist to join our well-established practice in Plainville, CT, full-time. About Our Practice:

• Serving the community since 1971
• Patient mix: 50% PPO, 50% FFS
• 4,500 active patients
• Schedule: Tuesday–Friday
• Facility highlights:
  • 6 doctor chairs and 6 hygiene chairs
  • Equipped with Cone Beam, iTero, and Invisalign provider
  • On-site Periodontist
  • Beautiful, spacious operatories, lab, and sterilization rooms

Qualifications & Skills:

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree with an active Connecticut license in good standing
• Completion of a residency program in general dentistry preferred
• 3–5 years of clinical experience
• Highly proficient in all aspects of general dentistry, with a focus on prevention
• Passion for continuous learning and skill development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
