About the Role
Our team is seeking a seasoned Senior Construction Project Manager to lead complex commercial and industrial builds across the region. This role oversees full project delivery, client communication, budgeting, subcontractor oversight, and schedule performance. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, cost-control discipline, and experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full project lifecycle from preconstruction planning through turnover
Drive schedule performance and ensure milestone compliance
Coordinate procurement, subcontractor activities, and field operations
Conduct weekly OAC meetings and deliver routine progress reporting
Oversee quality control, safety enforcement, and risk mitigation
Support estimating teams with scope reviews and bid evaluations
Mentor Assistant PMs and field leadership personnel
Qualifications
7+ years in commercial or industrial construction PM roles
Experience with steel, concrete, and civil-heavy project scopes
Strong background in financial management and cost reporting
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and submittals
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related preferred
