About the Role
We are seeking an Operations Manager to guide operational performance across multiple industrial projects. This position ensures project teams meet quality, productivity, and client standards while supporting strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage operational performance for multiple project teams
Improve workflows, resource allocation, and field support systems
Maintain client satisfaction, project safety, and performance metrics
Review project financials, manpower projections, and procurement plans
Lead staffing decisions and team development initiatives
Qualifications
8+ years in commercial/industrial construction management
Proven leadership in multi-project oversight
Strong financial and workforce planning skills
Excellent communication and organization abilities
