Assistant Construction Project Manager

Location: Waterloo, IA 50702

About the Role
This Assistant PM position supports senior project leadership in project planning, coordination, documentation, and cost tracking for commercial and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with submittals, RFI processing, and procurement

  • Maintain daily documentation and progress records

  • Support schedule tracking, subcontractor coordination, and meetings

  • Prepare reports, budgets, and cost analyses

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of construction management experience

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to manage detailed project documentation
