Commercial Construction Estimator

What You’ll Do

• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates, budgets, and proposals for ground-up and renovation projects.
• Review plans, specifications, and scopes of work to identify cost-saving opportunities and risk factors.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractor and supplier pricing, ensuring timely and complete bid coverage.
• Work closely with Preconstruction and Project Management teams to transition awarded projects seamlessly into execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, clients, and design partners throughout the process.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience with a general contractor.
• Strong background in conceptual, schematic, and hard-bid estimating.
• Proficiency with estimating software
• Solid understanding of construction means, methods, and materials across multiple sectors.
• A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills — both written and verbal.
