Dermatology NP or PA in Healdsburg

About the Role

Seeking a highly experienced Dermatology NP/PA to join a well-established practice in the Clear Lake Region. This is a high-autonomy, high-earning opportunity in a scenic lakefront community with strong patient loyalty, seasoned support staff, and minimal charting.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a full patient panel immediately. Live in a community known for boating, wineries, hiking, and a relaxed lifestyle, north of San Francisco.

What You’ll Do

• Practice medical + cosmetic dermatology with strong autonomy

• See 28–32 patients/day, 3.5 days a week

• Perform punch biopsies & excisions (melanoma + non-melanoma)

• Administer injectables (Botox, fillers, sclerotherapy)

• Partner with in-house staff including scribes, assistants, and two dedicated MAs

• Deliver patient-centric care to a close-knit community

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years dermatology experience

• Proficiency with biopsies/excisions

• Experience with injectables (Botox/fillers)

• Strong bedside manner & relationship-driven care

• Ability to step in with minimal ramp-up

Compensation & Benefits

• 28–30% of collections (avg. $225K–$270K+)
