Luxury Home Residential Drafter
We’re partnered with a custom home builder specializing in high-end residential construction, seeking an experienced Architectural Designer/Draftsperson to create full sets of home plans from concept through construction. You'll be responsible for drafting in AutoCAD, developing designs, and supporting project management tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Create detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD
Develop design concepts and construction documents
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and builders
Assist with permitting and basic project management
Requirements:
3+ years of residential design/drafting experience
Strong portfolio of high-end residential work (required)
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Familiarity with residential construction practices
Project coordination or management experience a plus
