A well-established, highly respected law firm is searching for an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join their team. 

Business Attorney Qualifications:

  • At least 4+ years handling general Estate Planning Matters
  • Contested Guardianship experience is a PLUS
  • Active Member of a state bar of TN
  • Exceptional multi-tasking skills, with the ability to set priorities and work on several projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and self-manage projects: strong project and people management skills
  • Small BOB preferred
