A well-established and growing personal injury law firm in the Atlanta area is seeking a Case Manager to join its dedicated legal team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicates effectively with clients, and has experience managing personal injury cases from intake through settlement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and exceptional customer service.
  • Gather and organize medical records, bills, insurance information, and other case documentation.
  • Coordinate treatment updates and communicate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and other parties.
  • Draft correspondence, demand packages, and other case-related documents.
  • Maintain accurate case files and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Work closely with attorneys and legal staff to move cases efficiently through each stage of the process.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a personal injury case manager, legal assistant, or paralegal is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience with case management software is a plus.
  • A client-focused mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
