Mid-Senior Employment Paralegal in Arlington

Job Description

I'm currently working with a law firm that has an opening for a mid-senior level employment paralegal. If you're looking to join a great team at a boutique VA firm, this is a great opportunity!

Background:

• 5-7 years of experience with employment law
• Cases involving wrongful termination, harassment and retaliation
• Drafting and reviewing documents
• Trial preparation
• Ability to bill 32.5 hours per week

Environment:

• Salary based on experience

• Hybrid opportunity with the ability to work 2 days remote
