Position Overview The Agricultural Equipment Technician will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of agricultural machinery, including tractors, combines, planters, and related equipment. This role is ideal for a technician who takes pride in quality work and wants to be part of a strong service team.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and precision ag systems
Perform routine maintenance and major repairs on ag equipment 10 years or newer
Accurately document service work and communicate findings
Work efficiently to minimize equipment downtime during peak seasons
Maintain a safe, organized work environment
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience as an Ag Equipment or Heavy Equipment Technician
Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems
Familiarity with major OEM ag equipment brands is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license; CDL is a plus but not required
