Job Description

We are working with a well-established civil engineering and surveying firm known for delivering high-quality services across Residential, Commercial, and Industrial projects. This growing firm is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage large-scale land development projects.

As a Project Manager, you will lead the planning, design, and execution of projects from start to finish. You will manage client relationships, project budgets, and proposals, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful completion of each project.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience managing Residential, Commercial, or Industrial civil engineering projects.
  • Strong project management skills, including experience with budgets, proposals, and client management.
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D and experience with the design of drainage systems, water/wastewater systems, and erosion control.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Experience working with government agencies for permitting and approvals.
  • PE license is not required but encouraged – the firm supports employees in obtaining licensure.
