Job Description

A growing engineering firm is seeking a dedicated and skilled CAD Technician to join our team. In this role, you will assist with drafting civil engineering plans, creating topographic surveys, and supporting engineers with permitting. You’ll work on a variety of projects related to solid waste management, stormwater systems, environmental compliance, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Draft civil engineering plans using AutoCAD software.
• Assist in permitting processes.
• Maintain high organizational skills to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with local municipalities for utility atlas information.
• Ensure safety compliance in all tasks.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of AutoCAD experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) and civil design experience.
• Field surveying experience a plus.
