Wide Format National Sales Representative – Interior Signage for Franchises

Location: Remote (Anywhere in the Lower 48 States)

About Us: We are a fast-growing printing and signage company looking for a motivated, results-driven Wide Format Sales Representative to expand our presence in the franchise interior signage market. If you have a strong background in wide-format printing, signage, and experience selling to franchise businesses, we want to hear from you!

Your Role:

As a National Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales of wide-format signage and graphics to franchise brands. This role requires a strong understanding of franchise operations, the ability to build long-term partnerships, and a proactive approach to business development.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop & Maintain Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with franchise owners, corporate decision-makers, and key industry contacts.

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new franchise opportunities while expanding business with existing clients.

  • Sales & Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

  • Site Visits & Consultation: Travel as needed (up to 25%) to conduct site surveys, gather project details, take measurements, and provide signage recommendations.

  • Project Coordination: Work closely with production, installation, and service teams to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Industry Expertise: Stay updated on signage trends, materials, and printing technologies to provide customers with the best solutions.

  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of service by proactively addressing client needs and following up on completed projects.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: 5+ years of sales experience in wide-format printing, signage, and graphics (interior signage for franchises preferred).

  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of franchise business models and their signage needs.

  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close sales.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to confidently present to decision-makers.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.

  • Travel Ready: Willingness to travel up to 25% for client visits, trade shows, and industry events.

  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated, able to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
