Job Description

A well-established Florida law firm is seeking a motivated Estate Planning Attorney with 2–10 years of experience to join their growing practice. The firm is known for its client-focused approach, collaborative culture, and long-standing reputation in estate planning and trust administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, and related matters

  • Draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives

  • Handle probate and trust administration cases

  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide counsel with professionalism and care

  • Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys and support staff

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

  • Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar

  • 2–10 years of estate planning and probate experience

  • Strong drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple cases and work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with complex estate planning strategies and high-net-worth clients

  • Probate litigation exposure (a plus, not required)

  • Client-facing experience and an interest in business development
